This notice covers the Ytdl website intended for ytdl.vixrola.com and its hosted preview. For privacy questions, use info@vdzip.com. External websites and hosting services have their own privacy practices.
Links and download requests
When you submit a video link, Ytdl sends it to its server and an external media-processing service to retrieve video details or prepare a file. Your selected quality is included when needed. Do not submit links containing private credentials or sensitive information.
Returned titles, thumbnails, and media are used to show results and provide your requested download. A displayed thumbnail may load from a third-party image host, which receives a normal browser request.
Technical information and service providers
The hosting platform and media-processing providers may process network and diagnostic information such as IP addresses, browser headers, timestamps, and errors to deliver, protect, and operate their services. Their logging and retention are governed by their own practices. Ytdl does not promise that those providers keep no logs.
A hosted preview may require sign-in through the hosting provider. That authentication is separate from the downloader; Ytdl does not ask for your YouTube password or account cookies.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
The current downloader does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a browser-stored download history. It holds the current form and result in page memory. Hosting or authentication features may use their own cookies or storage.
Your browser manages saved downloads and may keep its own history. Browser settings can clear local data, but doing so does not delete information held by service providers.
Support messages
If you email support, the email service receives your address, message, and attachments. The information may be used to investigate your request, reply, and keep relevant support correspondence. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Retention and deletion
The downloader application has no built-in database of user download history. This does not describe the retention of infrastructure logs, external processing records, temporary media, or email correspondence. A fixed deletion period for those systems is not stated here.
You may ask about information you provided or request its correction or deletion. The response depends on what is held, applicable requirements, and the ability to identify the relevant information.
Your choices
You can stop using the service, decline clipboard access and paste manually, manage your browser data, or contact us about privacy. Depending on your location, additional access, correction, deletion, objection, or complaint rights may apply.
